The villa is located off the Tomb of the Kings Road just 2 miles from the main busy resort of Paphos. The property is located only 200 metres from the sea with the very popular sandy beach of Coral Bay only 10 minutes away by car or local bus. The Tourist resort of Akti Village is just 100 metres away with full hotel facilities available for villa guests. Paphos harbour is a 10 minute drive or a 45 minute walk along a coastal footpath. The villa is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday. There are many places of interest in and around Paphos a guide book can be found at your villa. Some not to be missed are the Troodos Mountains with its pine scented forests and more closer to home the Paphos villages where time has stood still and friendly hospitality is the norm. All of these areas and attractions can be visited with your free car hire provided which can be picked up and dropped off at the airport at no extra charge.

All bookings are normally from Wednesday to Wednesday although this is flexible. A group \'C\' car-hire with third party insurance is included with the villa rental, CDW insurance (compulsory) is an additional £10.50 per day. To up-grade to a larger car or for additional cars, prices on request. Normal collection point is Paphos Airport, Larnaca Airport - details on request. |

Linen is provided and a maid service once per week. The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Baby sitting service and cot hire are available please ask for details. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable eight weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £85 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. |
